• Chat-based interface for requesting changes and customizations

• Ongoing site management and updates

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice to users.

3. User Accounts

To use SiteAI, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Responsibilities

When using SiteAI, you agree to:

• Only submit websites and content that you own or have the right to modify
• Ensure all content complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Maintain backups of your original website content
• Review and approve all changes before publishing

5. Payment Terms

SiteAI operates on a subscription basis:

• First site: $30 per month
• Additional sites: $20 per month each

Payment terms:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to your original content, including text, images, logos, and other materials you provide. By using SiteAI, you grant us a limited license to process, transform, and host your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

Our Platform: SiteAI, including its AI technology, code, design templates, and user interface, is owned by BUILD3R. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our platform.

Generated Designs: Websites created using SiteAI are yours to use. You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to the generated design elements for your website.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use SiteAI to:

• Create websites containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware, spam, or phishing content
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access restrictions
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
• Interfere with the operation of the service or other users

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BUILD3R shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or content
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Errors in AI-generated content or designs

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of SiteAI shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

SiteAI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated designs will meet your specific requirements
• Any defects will be corrected
• The service will be compatible with all systems or browsers

10. Termination

By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. In cases of serious violations, termination may be immediate.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the service will end. We recommend exporting your content before cancellation. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Your continued use of SiteAI after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of SiteAI shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
